Course Overview
This course is for the hard-core project managers who want to go to the next level of project management and do that in a very real project like conditions to see where they are lacking or how to use the project management knowledge in real world changing situations. The engagement is replete with case studies, role plays, political situations and changing scenarios and use of tools. This engagement applies to any domain or industry whatsoever.  As prior knowledge and experience is assumed, this workshop will not provide any topical project management training. It will, however, provide candidates with an opportunity to demonstrate the tools and techniques of project management.  This is a very fast paced PM Practical Simulation exercise where real world conditions are simulated without any toning down. This engagement is not a certification course.
