As the business grows and the organizations become bigger and the competition becomes meaner there is increasing pressure on the Science of Portfolio to help realize the strategy faster cheaper and with due diligence and governance. The course is based on PMI’s The Standard for Portfolio Management (current version) and the “Best Practices” to not only help business owners and decision makers understand Portfolio Management practically but also help them prepare for PMI – PfMP certification exams.
